since 2005 berlin based visual artist fmmf and tofa combine their skillz under one umbrella with the codename “superfreaks” creating an interesting crossover between motion-graphics, loops, live drawings and self-produced films.
tofa was down with vhs-recorder-sets already in the 90s , grew up with the technical revolutions and loves the “do-it-yourself” stuff, while fmmf found a very personal way within the software-picture-jungle by the use of winamp. travels to tokio, london and vienna those both freaks from berlin found an acceptable common level: “no random.”

VJ FMMF *1966

FMMF is one of the earlier multimedia-kids. He transforms pictures to motions and the same way back live since 2001 - you can expect widespreaded but unique motionpictures.

VJ TOFA *1974

Tofa is into vjing since 1999. He´s team-member of ArKaos.net and played from London over Tokio up to Budapest his very personal style which is a colorfull mix between graffiti, xtremesports, motion-graphics and livecam-installations. He´s resident of the hoch10 drum and bass series in Hamburg.
